Preparing Your Photos

To facilitate our processing of your photos and to avoid additional fees, please make the following preparations:

• Remove prints from album pages and seal them in plastic bags. If you are worried that photos may be damaged by removing them from the album, please let us know. We have an alternative method for processing fragile photos that does not involve removing them from the album.
  
  
• If you would like certain photos included in a video slideshow, please identify them and specify the order in which they should appear. We recommend placing a small sticky-note on the back of these photos.
  
  
• Place bags of photos flat in a stiff cardboard or plastic container.
  
  
• Include a sheet of paper with your name and address. We will ask you for this information when you place your order, but we encourage you to include this information with your photos as well to avoid any possible confusion.
